Agung Fitri Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Bantul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring the success of our branch. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide performance feedback.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
