📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) process, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional accuracy tests using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.
• Inspect material quality, including wood species, finishes, and hardware components.
• Test functional performance of furniture pieces, ensuring they meet design specifications.
• Document and report test results, identifying any defects or non-conformities.
• Work with the production team to implement corrective actions and prevent similar issues in the future.
• Collaborate with quality assurance specialists and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Factory Acceptance Testing, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using quality control software, such as SAP QM or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
