Klinik Bimo Bakery is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will be expected to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
