As a Junior Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.,Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a high standard of patient care and safety.,Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Maintain a clean and organized patient room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, following proper protocols and guidelines.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families as needed.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing program or diploma (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid nursing license (if applicable).,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic first aid and CPR certification.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic computer skills.
