📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular counts and audits.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
