As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain and ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to keep our restaurants running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future demand.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Providing regular reports on procurement activities and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian market and supplier networks.
