📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial advice and guidance to management and other departments as needed.,Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and other departments.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
