In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Generate regular sales reports and provide insights for business improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
