📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, and other building systems using advanced BMS software such as Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or Siemens.
• Conduct regular system checks and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and discomfort for building occupants.
• Implement energy-saving strategies and monitor energy consumption to reduce utility costs.
• Generate and analyze system reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with facility management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
• Stay updated with the latest BMS technologies and industry best practices.
• Participate in facility audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BMS Operator or similar role in a facility management setting.
• Certification in BMS systems, such as Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or Siemens, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
• Proficient in using BMS software and other relevant tools.
