Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage cash and inventory, ensuring accurate records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Maintain a clean and organized workstation,Follow company policies and procedures,Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash reconciliation,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Keen attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
