📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing using BambooHR and QuickBooks for our remote team in the Philippines
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits
• Administer and maintain our benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their compensation and benefits packages
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of our total rewards strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and benefits administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a remote or global setting
• Proficient in using payroll software such as BambooHR and QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines and other relevant jurisdictions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and other relevant HR technologies
