📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor waste generation and disposal processes.
• Implement and oversee recycling programs and initiatives.
• Conduct environmental audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain environmental management systems (EMS) and policies.
• Train and educate employees on environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to promote environmental responsibility.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management or waste management.
• Certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software (e.g., SAP EHS, QHSE).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
