📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of high-impact government programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to ensure program alignment with government objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to track program performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets using tools such as MS Project and Trello.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program team.
• Represent the government at national and international forums to advocate for best practices and policy reforms.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices in program management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in government program management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government policies and procedures.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Pangkal Pinang.
