Seed Code Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work both in the office and on the road, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for driving efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle performance and implement measures to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support to the operations team to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Coordinate with insurance providers to manage vehicle insurance policies and claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
