CV Mega Langit is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in our operations. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site, providing a balance between office responsibilities and hands-on production oversight.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of production targets.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and components.,Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.,Proven ability to manage and mentor production staff effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both office and on-site responsibilities.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
