📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading the development of mobile applications from concept to deployment.

Ensuring high-quality code through code reviews and best practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Mentoring and guiding junior developers to improve their skills.

Staying up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.

Driving innovation in our mobile solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Managing the mobile development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Ensuring compliance with security and performance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience in mobile development.

Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS development.

Experience with cloud services and APIs.

Proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
