📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals to ensure they understand the benefits and proper use of our products.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals and objectives.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or medical representative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to promote and sell products.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations and trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
