📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Bangka Belitung and surrounding regions
• Conduct thorough market research to assess feasibility and potential of new ventures
• Develop and present comprehensive business plans to the executive team
• Lead and manage the development of selected ventures, from inception to launch
• Monitor and report on the performance of new ventures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government, community leaders, and potential partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, venture management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of identifying and developing successful business opportunities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
