As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, and that our tenants and visitors have a comfortable and safe experience. You will work closely with our team of property managers, maintenance staff, and service providers to ensure that all operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and that our tenants and visitors have a comfortable and safe experience.
• Work closely with our team of property managers, maintenance staff, and service providers to ensure that all operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to ensure that our properties are managed in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner, and that our properties are always in a presentable condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to our tenants and visitors, and address any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property and facility management, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property and facility management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, OnQ, or BuildingIQ.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian property management regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
