📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the company has adequate supplies to meet demand.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with business goals.,Attend vendor meetings and negotiations as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
