PT Pilar Sinergi is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Belawan. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who can start right away. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage reservations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle mail, packages, and other administrative tasks.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Monitor and report any security or safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of local area and attractions.
