📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
• Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel policies.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist with guest requests and concerns.
• Handle front desk transactions and payments.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Basic computer skills, including email and office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
