📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.,Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's profitability.,Collaborate with the company's management team to ensure the restaurant's success aligns with the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
