📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and patrolling the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Responding to and investigating any security incidents or breaches.
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management.
  • Conducting regular security checks and inspections of the premises.
  • Maintaining and operating security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarms.
  • Providing a visible and professional security presence to deter potential security threats.
  • Assisting in emergency response and evacuation procedures.
  • Working closely with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security guard or related roles.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
