Tanggung Jawab:

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or banking projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
