Base Camp Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results. You will work closely with our medical team to provide timely and accurate information, contributing to the overall quality of patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory supplies and reagents.,Documenting test results and maintaining laboratory records.,Assisting in the training and supervision of junior laboratory staff.,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of laboratory protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical or research laboratory.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
