Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&E Coordinator / Assistant Manager to join our team on the New MRT Tunnel Project in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious infrastructure project and contribute to the development of Bali's transportation system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and be able to assist in the management of the project.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate the M&E activities for the New MRT Tunnel Project.,Develop and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies.,Monitor project progress, performance, and outcomes against established benchmarks and targets.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to project team members.,Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.,Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.,Ensure compliance with project standards, regulations, and best practices.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, with a focus on infrastructure projects.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating M&E activities for large-scale projects.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
