📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Represent Meiyume at industry events and conferences to build relationships and share knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
