📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.,Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and improve engagement.,Report on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.,Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
