📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with the regional office to align branch activities with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
