📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design new fashion collections that align with current trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the in-house team of designers, pattern makers, and seamstresses to create stunning, high-quality garments.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs meet customer expectations and brand image.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments.
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and design concepts to communicate ideas to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of fashion construction techniques and garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
