📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and monitor waste generation and disposal processes.
- Implement and oversee recycling programs and initiatives.
- Conduct environmental audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain environmental management systems (EMS) and policies.
- Train and educate employees on environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to promote environmental responsibility.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.
- Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability projects.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management or waste management.
- Certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using environmental management software (e.g., SAP EHS, QHSE).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
