📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Support the collections process by managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely collections.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support operational success.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to achieve the company's financial objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations and collections.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in financial operations or collections is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
