📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or Oracle inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze inventory trends and forecast demand to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory replenishment.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or related roles.
• Proven experience with SAP or Oracle inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
