📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that enhance the natural environment and meet sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design documents, including plans, sections, and specifications, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is carried out according to design intent and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture and sustainability.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance our reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on premium residential, commercial, or public spaces.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid professional certification from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) or a similar organization.
• Experience working in Bali or a similar tropical environment is a plus.
