📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Merchandising our products to ensure they are displayed attractively and strategically in retail stores.
• Working closely with store managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
• Conducting regular stock checks and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of promotional activities and events.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques.
