📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hotel equipment and systems.
• Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of hotel facilities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
